Bytova provides remote IT support services, digital downloads and, where agreed in advance, on-site support. I do not sell or ship physical goods, so this policy explains how my services and digital products are delivered.
Remote Support Sessions
Remote support sessions are delivered entirely online. Once your booking is confirmed and payment has been taken, I will contact you by email to arrange a convenient time. At the start of your session I will send you simple instructions for connecting — this takes less than two minutes and I will guide you through every step.
Sessions are typically available Monday to Friday. I aim to make contact within two working days of a booking, though I will always try to accommodate urgent requests where possible.
Digital Downloads
Digital products such as guides and workbooks are made available immediately upon purchase. A download link will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive your download within a few minutes, please check your spam folder and then email me at hello@bytova.co.uk and I will resend it promptly.
On-Site Support
On-site support is available by prior arrangement only and is subject to location and availability. If on-site work is needed, I will discuss the details, timing and any associated costs with you by email before any visit is confirmed.
Monthly Support Plans
The Bytova Home Support Plan provides one remote session of up to 30 minutes each month, plus priority email response. Access begins on the date your subscription is activated. Plan details and renewal terms are set out on the Home Support Plan page.
No Physical Shipping
Bytova does not sell physical products and does not ship any goods. No delivery charges apply to any purchase made through this website.
