About remote support

How does remote support work?

With your permission, I connect securely to your computer using trusted remote access software. You can see everything I do on your screen at all times. You can end the session at any moment by closing the software or switching off your computer.

Is remote support safe?

Yes. I only connect with your explicit permission, and you remain in control throughout. I will never ask for your banking PIN, full banking password or one-time security codes. Read my Remote Support Safety guide for full details.

What do I need for remote support?

A Windows computer and an internet connection. I'll guide you through downloading the remote access software at the start of your session — it takes less than two minutes.

Can you fix every problem remotely?

Most common home computer problems can be resolved remotely. If I find that your issue requires a physical repair or replacement part, I'll tell you honestly and suggest your next steps.

How much does it cost?
